Licences

All the photographs are stored in Flickr. As such, each one of them have specified the license that I’ve chosen.

The usual license that I use for my photographs is the Creative Commons, Attribution Non Commercial, 3.0, which complies with Spanish legislation. There are some, even though they are few, that I publish with all rights reserved, so please check beforehand at Flickr what type of license I am applying to the concrete image you may like. As to know what this type of Creative Commons license allows, or what it doesn’t, the best is that you read directly the abbreviation to understand the license or the full text of the license.

In short:

  • The photograph is attributed to me, by posting my name, a link to my website (or any other website that refers to me, such as in Flickr or Ipernity user profiles), to my photograph, or a combination of these previous ones.
  • You may not alter, transform, or build upon this work.
  • You may not use this work for commercial purposes (give free, what you receive free). As it is logical, if you would obtain money with my photograph, I would like at least part of it :-)

With this license I don’t allow that my photographs are used with commercial purposes. If this is your interest, please, let me know so we can speak about it.

Please check about the license, Creative Commons, Attribution Non-Commercial 3.0, complying with Spanish and international laws:
